[COIX-Discuss] Deschutes County BAT Assessment

I just wanted to share the Deschutes County BAT final report, in which the
COIX is talked about (starting at page 73). Please note that LS Networks has
joined since the report was compiled, so that information is not included.

 

In addition, the COIX was mentioned during todays Deschutes County Board of
